Hope United Methodist Church is pleased to offer use of the church and its facilities for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Our policies reflect the underlying philosophy of stressing “Christian” values. Wedding ceremonies should have a Christian emphasis, and encourage strong family commitment. Counseling prior to the wedding is essential. You must contact the Director of Communications to arrange for an appointment.
To begin the reservation process, you must complete a Facility Rental Application and Agreement form. A security deposit is required to reserve Hope United Methodist Church on the agreed date. The security deposit is non-refundable should the event be cancelled for any reason within 30 days of the reserved date. The security deposit must be paid in full at the time of the rental agreement plus one half (1/2) of the total rental cost.
You will then receive a booklet titled “The Wedding Planner” outlining all church rules and regulations. For a copy of “The Wedding Planner”, please contact the Director of Communications.
