$1,200.00 Basic Facility Rental Rate
(includes: room, stage, tables, chairs, audio system, cleaning, and single security guard for a maximum of four (4) hours)

$850.00 Deposit at Contract Signing
($250.00 refundable security deposit PLUS a 50% deposit upon confirmation of rental.)

Balance of $600.00 due 30 Days Prior to Event

  • Security deposit returned within 14 days after event if there are no damages incurred.
  • All of the security deposit is returned if cancelled. A $300.00 cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 30 days of event.
