The trip cost of $550 covers transportation, lodging, t-shirt, tote and the banquet. Additional expenses are needed for food, spending money and special attractions. Deposits begin to be accepted in January. The payment plan is as follows:
Payment 1 (Deposit): $200 ~ due January 10, 2009
Payment 2: $175 ~ due February 5, 2009
Payment 3: $175 ~ due March 19, 2009
*No refunds after March 6, 2009*
Your child will need approximately $15-$20 per day for food. This totals $105-$140 for the tour. Spending money ranges according to what you determine to be an equitable allowance for your child. Additional information will be provided regarding special attraction expenses (special tours).
