Financial Information

The trip cost of $475 covers transportation, lodging, t-shirt, tote and the banquet. Additional expenses are needed for food, spending money and special attractions. Deposits are now being accepted. The payment plan is as follows:

Payment Schedule

1. (Deposit) $150 due January 11

2. $150 due Feb. 15

3. $175 due Mar. 7

No refunds after February 22, 2008

Your child will need approximately $15-$20 per day for food. This totals $105-$140 for the tour. Spending money ranges according to what you determine to be an equitable allowance for your child. Additional information will be provided regarding special attraction expenses (special tours).
