Maynard Wins the Gold!

On January 25, 2010 there was a competition amongst seniors in bench pressing held at the Powerhouse Gym in Rochester Hills, MI. This competition is for anyone over the age of 50. Competitors are grouped according to their age, and each has three lifts to demonstrate their ability. Read more . . .
