Please Take Our Survey
Dear Faithful Servant,
The Lord continues to do great work, in both individuals within our congregation and in our church as a whole. We are all prayerfully seeking God’s direction for our future. As we move forward, our constant goal is to be good stewards of the vision and the resources entrusted to our church.
To help us do this, we are requesting feedback from three specific groups within our body: leadership, staff, and the general congregation. Below is a link to a survey that gives you an opportunity to evaluate the strengths of, and challenges facing, our vision and ministries. On behalf of the church leadership, you are invited to complete the survey honestly, candidly and prayerfully.
A separate link has been created for each target group, so it is important that you give your responses at the specific link below. If there is more than one adult member in your household that has not received this survey, please encourage them to complete the survey using your link with their name. Each group is large enough to keep anonymous each individual respondent. RSI, our consulting firm, will also keep confidential all feedback you provide. The leadership of RSI will collect, analyze, summarize and present the information that will help the church leadership guide us on our future journey.
To complete this survey, simply click on this link and follow the instructions given to you. The link will remain open for two weeks beginning January 4, 2009.
The survey can be completed in approximately 15 minutes. While it is a short survey, the information will go a long way to assist us in making knowledgeable decisions for the future. Your participation is important.

A small group is comprised of 3 to 10 people who come together to build relationships through fellowship, accountability, bible study, and prayer.
